Utterly amazing that it is worth even $1 million - razing it to make use of the decent perch will cost the new owner a few million. No reason to ever leave home and associate with the outside world when you've got your own hair salon!!  Good grief.  There is a difference between "luxury" and absolute greed.  <br><br>I agree with Spectator...give all the interior fixtures to Habitat for Humanity and bring on the wrecking ball.
