I know this because I lived in a New Urbanism community in college (Abacoa in Palm Beach). No one walks to shopping when it's 95 with 95% humidity (as it is for 3/4 of the year). While I admire their use of green materials; sadly  this won't be the new town center they're hoping for.]]></description><dc:creator><![CDATA[Henry]]></dc:creator><pubDate>Sep 21st 2007 9:52AM</pubDate></item></channel></rss>
