However here is a perfect case where the real estate agent absolutely should've insisted on staging the property for photos. I have nothing against their style, but if they truly want to showcase the house for a sale they should declutter the rooms and walls. Maybe the words "high price for the area" is the key; maybe they are not really trying to sell unless they get an exorbitant offer.
